Construction Underway on Two Santa Rita Ranch Schools

Developers broke ground on two schools in the Santa Rita Ranch development of Liberty Hill, TX, in Austin’s far-north submarket. The new buildings will include the 25,000-square-foot Divine Savior Academy, a private school, and the $27-million, 105,786-square-foot Santa Rita Elementary School, under the auspices of the Liberty Hill Independent School District. Both schools are scheduled to open in 2020.

Divine Savior Academy will be situated on 13 acres on Ronald Regan Boulevard, and will serve preschoolers through fifth grade. In addition to classrooms, the school will offer a Design & Creativity Lab and an auditorium, along with a playground, parking and future recreation field. Santa Rita Elementary will be situated on Santa Rita Boulevard, across from the Green Play Park in Santa Rita Ranch’s South Village. The campus will have an emphasis on wireless technology, as well as collaborative learning spaces.
