Construction Underway on RidgeWood Plaza II

Groundbreaking is taking place today on RidgeWood Plaza II, a 123,000-square-foot, Class A building in the far north central San Antonio submarket. Worth & Associates is developing both the speculative office building and TSAOG’s RidgeWood Orthopaedic Center, as part of the 122-acre RidgeWood Park, at 19138 N. US 281. Completion on both buildings is scheduled for summer 2020.

Worth is developing RidgeWood Plaza II in response to lease-up of the 148,000-square-foot RidgeWood Plaza I. Chesney Morales Partners Inc. is the project architect, and Kopplow Construction the general contractor.

The two under-construction buildings will share a three-story parking garage and landscaped courtyard.  The 15-acre site also features two restaurant pads, that front US 281.
