Construction Underway on Wareham Affordable Housing Development  

Pennrose and the Wareham Redevelopment Authority have commenced construction on the Littleton Drive development in Wareham, Massachusetts.  

The project will create 93 mixed-income apartments for families and seniors. It includes a 49-unit family development with a mix of workforce and affordable apartments and a 44-unit affordable development for seniors aged 62 and older.  

The apartments will be available at 30% to 100% of the Area Median Income. On-site amenities will include a community clubhouse, fitness center, and more. The development is expected to be completed in the summer of 2024.
