Construction Underway on SFR Community Pradera

AHV Communities and Bristol Group Inc. began vertical development on Pradera, a purpose-built, single-family home rental community in San Antonio. The development is one mile west of Loop 1604 and adjacent to Alamo Ranch. The 43-acre community on Culebra Road will offer 250 detached, for-rent single-family homes, with pre-leasing beginning in Q3 2018.

“The San Antonio housing market is experiencing tremendous growth with the population pushing past 1.5 million people according to the U.S. Census,” said Mark S. Wolf, founder and CEO of AHV Communities.

The homes offered for rent will feature three and four bedrooms, two-car garages, front and back yards, quartz countertops, energy-saving stainless steel appliances and LED lighting. An on-site maintenance and management staff will oversee landscaping, repairs and maintenance.

AHV has been active in Central Texas, specifically in Pflugerville and Georgetown.
