Construction Underway on Senior Living Facility in Royal Palm Beach

Validus Senior Living and Home Communities Company have broken ground on Village of Royal Palm Beach, a new assisted living and memory care community in Royal Palm Beach. The community will be located at 11911 Southern Blvd. in the Villages of Royal Palm Beach development.

Situated on four acres, the 88,000-square-foot building will include a total of 104 apartments with 72 dedicated to assisted living and 32 for memory care. The community will feature studio and one-bedroom accommodations, paired with resort-style amenities that include a senior-focused fitness center, all-day dining, dog park, garden courtyards, entertainment spaces and waterfront views.

“Partnering with Home Communities to introduce our senior living lifestyle to Royal Palm Beach is a great opportunity,” said Steve Benjamin, CEO of Validus Senior Living. “We are excited about the future growth of Validus and the Inspired Living brand.”
