Construction Underway on Medical Spec

TierOne Development began building a speculative 38,600-square-foot medical office building at 7619 Branford Place in Sugar Land, TX. The Class A building is scheduled for completion by Q2 2018. Transwestern’s Tim Gregory and Ashley Cassel are providing leasing services. Tipps Architecture Inc. is the architect.

“There are very few large blocks of medical space in Sugar Land, making it the ideal time for this project to come out of the ground,” Cassel said. The site has unobstructed frontage on U.S. 59 South, east of University Boulevard, and adjacent to Costco.

Gregory indicated that the space would be ideal for surgery and imaging centers, general office and medical clinics. The building has competitive rates and above-market TI allowances, he added.
