Construction Underway on Freedom Park, Inter Miami CF Stadium

Construction has begun on Miami Freedom Park, a 131-acre development anchored by the new 25,000-seat fútbol specific Inter Miami CF Stadium. The stadium, 58-acre public park, and entertainment district are scheduled to open in 2025.

Miami Freedom Park is a privately funded, recreational project that has been envisioned as a year-round destination. In addition to the public park, the area will include soccer and youth athletic fields,  a full range of entertainment and commercial offerings including office space, hotel, shops, restaurants and additional experiences and attractions.

Crews and heavy equipment are on site, performing earthwork and sitework that will move across the 131 acres concurrent with vertical construction. Leasing and commercial partnership efforts are underway to attract partners, tenants, and retailers. Earlier this year, Inter Miami CF ownership brought real estate investment and development veteran Devon McCorkle on board to lead the effort as President of Miami Freedom Park.
