Construction Underway on Elan at Crockett Row

Construction has begun on the 380-unit Elan at Crockett Row, which will be situated across University Drive from the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, in the Cultural District. The Greystar project, designed by Houston-based architect Meeks + Associates, has an anticipated completion date for Q1 2019.

The high-density podium design features five floors of apartment units over two floors of parking, and a retail-restaurant mix at street level. Floor plans range in size from a 491-square-foot one-bedroom unit, to a 1,396-square-foot two-bedroom option. Amenities will include a clubhouse, resort-style pool and outdoor kitchen, multiple courtyards and a dog park, complete with a dog-spa area.

According to Meeks + Partners’ Ryan Meeks, the goal of Elan at Crockett Row is to add to the “walkable community of the Cultural District, with the retail and plaza elements activating the street level.”
