A year after partners Ball Corp., Rauch Fruit juices and Red Bull announced their intent to develop a 700,000-square-foot distribution, manufacturing and office facility in Glendale, AZ, construction has been announced on the project. Dirt work has begun on the facility, which will go north at Reems Road, between Olive and Peoria Avenues. The project is expected to be operational by 2021.

The partnership, operating under the name RRB Beverage Operating Inc., will employ 120 individuals, with total investment to exceed $250 million in development and production costs. The facility is the first to be built at the 1,340-acre Woolf Logistics Industrial Campus. The campus was annexed into the city of Glendale in late 2017.
