Construction Underway on 110K-SF MXU Vista@29

Asterra Properties began construction on Vista@29, a 110,111-square-foot mixed-use office, retail and restaurant project in Georgetown, TX, a far-north suburb of Austin. The first buildings are scheduled to open in fall 2020, with nine buildings total at buildout.

Situated at 9073 W. SH 29, (one mile west of Ronald Reagan Boulevard and two miles east of U.S. 180), the development is providing “much needed retail, restaurant and office space to the Liberty Hill/Georgetown area,” according to Asterra’s website. The office component consists of condos, starting at $213 per square foot, with units provided as shell, white box or build-to-suit. Meanwhile the retail space will include monument signage, in-place grease traps and three end-caps with patio or drive-through.
