Construction Underway on Medical Plaza at Onion Creek

Perardi Development has been working on Medical Plaza at Onion Creek, a 36,000-square-foot medical office building in south Austin. The facility, already 50% pre-leased, is at 701 E. FM 1626, approximately halfway between St. David’s South Austin Medical Center and the new Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Buda, TX.

Tenants on board include Lewis Family Medicine and Urgent Care, Solutions Pharmacy and Beautiful Beginning Birth & Wellness Center. Perardi Development is also in negotiation with a gastroenterology firm and physical therapy group. The development, in which the tenants have an equity stake, is scheduled for an early fall, 2020, completion. Harvey-Cleary is the general contractor and John Mapes Architects, the architect.

Perardi Development has land under contract in the Austin suburbs of Georgetown and Pflugerville, where it will build medical office buildings.
