Construction Underway for N. Elsinore Walmart Supercenter

Ground has broken and construction is underway in Lake Elsinore, CA for a new Walmart Supercenter located at 29260 Central Ave. The new store will replace an existing Lake Elsinore Walmart store located at 31700 Grape St., and it is expected to add about 100 more employees to staff the new supercenter.

Construction is expected to be completed for a year-end 2020 grand opening.

In addition to being larger, the new Supercenter will serve as an anchor for North Elsinore, an up-and-coming area of the city that is expanding with new homes and businesses. Located at the Interstate 15 connector to Highway 74 , the new location is strategically located at a main “homeward bound” arterial near several other big-box retailers including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Costco, Aldi and a dense concentration of retailers in large format power centers.
