Construction is underway on Corner Stone Plaza, a neighborhood retail center in the east Dallas suburb of Mesquite, TX. The 21,000-square-foot development at 125 E. Grubb Dr. is scheduled for completion by mid-2020. Locally based Brosco Group is the developer, and Byron Howard and Giovanni Scardino with Weitzman will handle project leasing.

The project is designed for a mix of small tenants. Due to the center’s location, its proximity to medical and commercial facilities and lack of nearby retail operations, the leasing team is targeting restaurant, beauty, fitness and service tenants, as well as healthcare practices.
