Following the lease-up of the first phase of its Chandler Corporate Center to Allstate Insurance, VanTrust Real Estate broke ground on the development’s second phase, a 118,000-square-foot office building at 4100 W. Chandler Blvd. in Chandler, AZ. The two-story speculative building is scheduled for a September 2020 delivery.

Butler Design Group is the architect, and Stevens Leinweber Construction the general contractor. Colliers International is marketing the building, which is situated on 13 acres. VanTrust owns a total of 26 acres in the center, and indicated that future phases could focus on additional build-to-suit, speculative development and onsite retail.

“Chandler is home to many of Arizona’s largest, high-tech and cloud-based companies. Due to the state’s pro-business climate and affordable cost of living, these companies consistently target Chandler to attract the talent they need to run their enterprises. Anticipating this need, we decided to develop phase two on a speculative basis,” said VanTrust’s Jenna Borcherding.
