Construction Underway on Ascent Plaza

Louetta Properties Inc. is going north on Ascent Plaza, a 10,300-square-foot shopping center and professional building in Cypress, a suburb of Houston. The developer is planning to open the building, which is at 16356 Mueschke Rd., in August 2018.

The development is a build-to-suit retail space, with available square footage ranging from 1,100-10,369 square feet. According to the website, build-to-suit allowances will run up to $28-per-squre-foot. The project will also target professional clients who might be residing in growing residential communities nearby. Ascent Plaza will not have any bars or restaurants.

Antonio Flamenco with INsite Architecture is the development’s designer.
