Construction Underway on 300-Unit Alta Cathedral Lakes

Wood Partners officially broke ground on Alta Cathedral Lakes, a 300-unit apartment complex in the Houston suburb of Spring, TX. The project at 698 Basilica Bay Dr. is part of Cathedral Lakes, a 150-acre mixed-use development on the far north side of the Houston metro. Pre-leasing is expected to launch in fall 2020, with opening anticipated for Q4 2020.

Alta Cathedral Lakes will offer one, two and three-bedroom floor plans. Community amenities include a clubroom and fitness center, a business center with conference rooms, an outdoor kitchen, dog park and dog wash and resort-style pool.
