The RYOAK Real Estate Group has begun construction on the four-building, 196,000-square-foot Old Town Spring Business Park. The development will offer flex-industrial space in suite sizes from 2,625 square feet-49,000 square feet at 27335 W. Hardy Rd. in the far north Houston suburb of Spring, TX. Giddy Up Development LLC is the development company for the project, which is scheduled for a late 2018 delivery.

Listing broker Lisa Nickel told Community Impact that the site worked for the development because of a Harris County road construction project that will realign Riley Fuzzel and Spring Stuebner Roads, making the buildings more accessible. Additionally, the project is near Grand Parkway, Hardy Toll Road and Interstate 45. Additionally, the site didn’t flood during Hurricane Harvey.
