Construction Underway on 155K-SF Utah Valley Tower

Woodbury Corp. is working on Utah Valley Tower, a 155,000-square-foot, Class A office building in American Fork UT. Upon its completion, the five-story building will be one of the largest in the area, as well as having the distinction of being the only office building in North Utah County to go north in a Qualified Opportunity Zone.

The project is north of Interstate 15 at 1050 S. 4850 West. Babcock Design is the architect. Amenities will include a gym, tenant lounge, common meeting rooms, locker rooms and gazebos with outdoor seating. The building could be ready for tenants as early as Q4 2020; Colliers International’s Salt Lake City has the leasing assignment.

“We believe that this property will serve as Silicon Slopes’ gateway to American Fork,” said Randy Woodbury of Woodbury Corporation. “There’s a lot of activity in North Utah County, and this property has freeway exposure that’s unmatched.”
