Construction Underway on 143-Acre, 285K-SF Cottonwood Creek Market
NewQuest Properties launched construction on Cottonwood Creek Market, a 143-acre, 285,000-square-foot, mixed-use development in Waco, TX. Cinemark Holdings, headquartered in Plano, TX, is the first to go vertical, and is the anchor tenant on the site at Interstate 35 and Loop 340/SH 6. The development is scheduled to open in spring 2020.
The Cinemark Waco and XD theater will offer 14 auditoriums with wall-to-wall screens and enhanced sound systems and two XD auditoriums. Each auditorium will offer recliners, and the facility will offer a lobby lounge with expanded food and beverage options.
Additional national brands are negotiating final terms for space in the master-planned, mixed-use project. NewQuest’s Austen Baldridge is handling leasing for the project.
