Construction Starts on Woodmont Bay Club at Bayonne, NJ

Woodmont Properties, in partnership with Baker Residential, broke ground on Woodmont Bay Club at Bayonne, a new luxury rental apartment community in Bayonne, NJ.

“We’re excited to provide a community that’s not only proximal to restaurants and shops, but also offers dozens of acres of green space just outside the door,” said Stephen Santola, executive vice president and general counsel for Woodmont.

Spanning four acres, the 220-residence, 4-story complex includes nine studio, 123 one-bedroom, 64 two-bedroom, and 24 three-bedroom units, ranging in size from 650 to 1,500 square-feet. The property will also include a 232-space ground-floor parking garage. Construction is slated to be complete by Spring 2019.
