Construction Progresses on NJ Ambulatory Care Center 

Construction is progressing on the Ambulatory Care Center at ON3, a mixed-use redevelopment project in Clifton, New Jersey.  

Prism Capital Partners announced that the facility, which will serve as a gateway to the ON3 development, is planning for a November 2024 delivery. The 80,000-square-foot Ambulatory Care Center will be part of the ON3 campus, which also houses Hackensack Meridian Health’s School of Medicine and Center for Discovery and Innovation.  

The Ambulatory Care Center will feature multi-specialty practice areas and an ambulatory surgical center.
