Construction of Goldman Sachs Dallas Campus on Schedule
The development of Goldman Sachs Group’s new $500 million campus in Dallas is on track to finish construction by early 2028,
The 800,000-square-foot building is going up on three acres at the southeast corner of the broader North End development. The two-wing building, with a 14-story tower, will house 5,000 employees and serve as a regional base for Goldman Sachs when it opens. The Dallas Business Journal reports the project ranks among the most significant office developments Dallas has added in decades.
The firm currently has about 4,500 employees in North Texas, with offices at the Trammell Crow Center in Dallas and locations in Irving and Richardson.
The Dallas City Council approved an $18 million economic incentive package in June 2022, which supported the expansion.
Designed by Henning Larsen Architects, the building will feature collaborative workspaces, an on-site café, a fitness center, childcare services, underground parking, conference areas, and outdoor gardens and terraces.
