Construction Moves Forward on 158-Unit Twelve Cowboys Way

The Dallas Cowboys’ football team owners and developers pushed forward on a new luxury apartment development, Twelve Cowboys Way. The 158-unit, 17-story high-rise residential project will be part of the football team’s $1.5-billion, 91-acre Star mixed-use development in Frisco, TX.

Developer Robert Shaw of Columbus Realty Partners partnered with former Cowboy’s quarterback Roger Staubach, as well as team owner Jerry Jones and his family to build the complex. Renters in the property, which will open in early 2020, will have access to facilities at the football team’s headquarters, located next door.

The tower’s smallest units will be 700 square feet, with an average size of more than 1,200 square feet. Monthly rents will start between $2,500-$3,000 a month. The tower will be on Cowboys Way, between Gaylord and Dallas Parkways.
