Construction Milestone Reached on CT Ambulatory Care Center

Rendina Healthcare Real Estate continues to make progress on the development of Bristol Hospital’s new 62,000-square-foot Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) in Bristol, CT. Recently, hospital officials, government leaders and the developer gathered to commemorate a beam-signing construction milestone at the downtown site.

The state-of-the-art healthcare facility is being built at Main Street and Riverside Avenue. Bristol Hospital’s Multi-Specialty Group will occupy the building, offering a variety of crucial services, including cardiology, endocrinology and diabetes, neurology, orthopedics, rheumatology and urology.

Rendina Healthcare Real Estate’s Steve Barry (pictured) says, “The hospital was looking to adapt to changes in healthcare and provide more convenient and accessible locations to deliver the high-quality care that Bristol Hospital’s long been known for. This state-of-the-art Ambulatory Care Center is going to change the way healthcare is delivered in this community.”

Rendina will own and manage the facility, which is expected to open in April of 2019.
