Construction Manager BOND Names Chief Technology Officer

BOND, a leading Northeast construction management firm headquartered in Medford, MA, hired Michael Zeppieri as VP and CTO. He will lead BOND’s enterprise systems and digital strategy, serving as a core technology partner across the organization.

Zeppieri joins BOND after 13 years at Skanska, where he held a range of leadership roles focused on evaluating emerging technologies, improving adoption, supporting field operations and building processes to bring structure and value to innovation efforts across the business. Before Skanska, he served in the U.S. Army and spent nearly a decade at Boeing in pivotal roles supporting large-scale IT transformation across the organization.

“At BOND, we’re intentionally harnessing technology to advance our strategic capabilities and execution across the firm,” said Tony Bond, CEO and president of BOND. “Mike’s reputation for driving both strategy and results will be invaluable as we uncover and capitalize on these technology-driven opportunities.”
