Construction Management Firm CREDE Opens NJ Office

CREDE, an Irvine, CA-based commercial real estate development and construction management company, has expanded into the Mid-Atlantic region with a new office at 326 Morris Ave. in Summit, NJ. The recently opened office gives CREDE a presence in 14 states.

The Mid-Atlantic office is led by industry veteran Vince Solano, who joins CREDE as a VP. Senior project managers Bethany Russo and Stephen Sannicandro also join the company, spearheading commercial development and construction management projects in the area.

Colby Durnin, CEO of CREDE, said, “We have curated a team of construction professionals that have us poised for rapid expansion in key markets over the next 12 to 24 months.”

CREDE’s first notable project out of its Mid-Atlantic office is 1776 by David Burke, a golf-themed restaurant and bar on the first floor of the 1776 On The Green building near the historic Morristown Green.
