Construction Launches on Pioneer’s 1M-SF HQ

Developer KDC began construction on Pioneer Natural Resources’ 1.1-million-square-foot, 10-story office campus in Irving, TX. Completion of the 35-acre development is scheduled for winter 2019. The project is the first to go north at Verizon’s mixed-use $1-billion Hidden Ridge campus on Hidden Ridge Drive in Irving’s Las Colinas neighborhood.

Working with KDC on the campus are Austin Commercial (general contractor), Duda Paine Architects (design firm), HKS (architect) and Corgan Associates (interior design). The campus will consolidate Pioneer’s employees at one location.

Building amenities will include fitness and conference centers, a daycare, employee cafeteria and medical center. Other amenities provided by Verizon’s Hidden Ridge project will include retail, residential and a commuter rail station.
