MRP Industrial, an affiliate of MRP Realty, partnered with PGIM to break ground on Eastgate, a 2.5-million-square-foot industrial park in Aberdeen, MD. The three-building, speculative project is going north at 1100 Woodley Road.

William Pellington and Thomas Mink with CBRE’s Baltimore office is marketing the project. Ware Malcomb is the architect, and Conlan Co. is the general contractor. The development, situated on 112 acres, is approximately 30 miles northeast of Baltimore, along the Interstate 95 corridor, with build-to-suit possibilities – to lease or to own – ranging between 700,000 to 1.5 million square feet.
