Construction Launched on DaVita MOB

A venture between a pair of Los Angeles-based companies, Robhana Group and Inception Property Group, broke ground on a 60,000-square-foot outpatient medical office building in Los Angeles’ Pico-Union area. HealthCare Partners’ DaVita Medical Group leased the entire facility for primary and urgent care services.

Located at 1120 W. Washington Blvd., near the Interstate 10/Interstate 110 freeway intersection, the project marks the first of several phases of healthcare investment and development in the area. The activity will establish Pico-Union as the new healthcare hub of the Downtown West Area.

The first phase of development, called Downtown West Medical, is scheduled for completion by spring 2018. The facility will allow “HealthCare Partners the opportunity to expand medical services to an underserved area of Los Angeles, and to continue providing quality accessible healthcare to the greater Downtown area,” said Robhana Group’s Robert Hanasab.
