Three years after acquiring nine acres at 4711 E. Riverside Dr. in Austin, TX, Presidium Group broke ground on the 353-unit apartment complex it has dubbed Edison. The project, which is going north for $71 million, will have efficient heating and air conditioning systems, water conservation systems and other sustainable features. Completion is anticipated for Q1 2019.

Page is the project’s architect (in collaboration with Presidium’s design team), and Cadence McShane is the general contractor.

Edison is offering studios, one and two-bedroom units, measuring from 516 to 1,231 square feet. Monthly rents will be between $1,187 and $2,144.
