Construction Launched on 400-Unit Jefferson River East

JPI has broken ground on Jefferson River East, a 400-unit apartment complex in Fort Worth. The development is situated on eight acres at Oakhurst Scenic Drive and East Belknap Street, adjacent to Riverside Park and the Trinity River.

In recent months, the Dallas-based developer has focused construction efforts on projects in and around Dallas. This current project represents its first Fort Worth development in more than 25 years. Matt Brendel with JPI noted that it’s a good time to be developing in Fort Worth, because of the “abundance of employment and entertainment options available.”

Jefferson River East is within two miles of downtown Fort Worth, and three miles from the Fort Worth Medical District. On-site amenities will include two resort-style pools, two clubhouses, two sky lounges, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a yoga studio.
