Construction to Launch on Village Square Medical Office

Huffman Builders, a North Dallas developer, indicated that construction will soon begin on the 40,000-square-foot Village Square medical office complex in Longview. The first building to go north at 3535 Fourth St. will be an 8,300-square-foot shell building. The developer indicated that a doctor acquired space within the first building, with additional room available for two other occupants.

Huffman Builders’ Scott Hamilton indicated that space will be available for lease, though the main focus will be sales. He said construction should begin by early August 2018, with the first building taking six to seven months to complete. The project’s overall buildout will take a few years.
