BMG Wonderland LLC and Legacy DCS will be breaking ground on a luxury cabin village dubbed The Camp at Sunflower Beach in Port Aransas, TX. Construction will commence on Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018 at 190 Beach Access Rd. 1.

The Camp consists of 25 detached, for-sale, one and two-bedroom cabins measuring from 612 to 1,161 square feet. The development is adjacent to an Arnold Palmer golf course, and has access to Sunflower Beach’s resort amenities such as a recently-completed Beach Club with family and adult pools, a poolside bar and grill and a kid’s club.

The cabins range in price from $349,000 to $499,000, with half the housing in the first phase pre-sold. Completion for the first phase is scheduled for May.
