Construction Kicks Off on GEO II Multifamily

Located on the corner of 180th Avenue N and Midvale Avenue N in Shoreline, WA, GEO II is a 265,000- square-foot 215-unit multifamily project owned by developer AAA Management (AAA). The development is anticipated to be complete in early 2023.

It is slated to feature six residential levels, three parking levels, indoor/outdoor fitness amenities, a rooftop amenity terrace with clubhouse space and dog run, and an additional 11 alternative dwelling units.

GenCap Construction Corp. is the general contractor and the architecture firm is Carrier Johnson + CULTURE.

“As GenCap continues engaging with developers and public owners, we’re thrilled to begin work on GEO II and are focused on a long-term partnership with AAA,” said Rob Warnaca, president of GenCap Construction Corp. “We’ve always been dedicated to creating new and better ways to approach construction and our growth is proof that approach is paying off.”
