Two years after acquiring 370 acres in the suburban Dallas city of Farmers Branch, TX, Centurion American Development Group began construction on the Mercer Crossing master-planned community. Located at Lyndon Johnson Freeway (LBJ), west of Interstate 35E, the $1 billion project is being designed with 93 acres of urban commerce construction, and 174 acres of single-family homes.
