Construction is Imminent for 819K SF Industrial Hub

Construction will soon commence on an 819,964-square-foot LEED industrial facility at the Southern California Logistics Centre (SCLC), according to Stirling Capital Investments. The a 2,500-acre commercial and industrial complex in Victorville will serve as a future warehouse and distribution hub for a multinational consumer products company and is expected to generate 100 jobs.

“The growth of our top-tier tenants and their operations within our business and logistics complex underscores the caliber of the location, as well as the business-friendly environment we have created here through our ongoing partnership with the city of Victorville,” says Dougall Agan, CEO of Stirling Development.

The new facility, located on a 43-acre site, will be fully occupied upon completion which is currently anticipated in May 2022. Overall occupancy benefits, Stirling’s ability to deliver and SCLC’s ideal fit into the existing supply chain were cited by the new tenant as key drivers for the decision to locate operations in Victorville.

“Companies that locate here realize meaningful economic benefits and cost savings,” says Gordon Cope, director of finance at Stirling Development. “With an abundant workforce immediately available in the community and the ability to grow, the value in selecting SCLC for your regional presence is indisputable.”

Stirling will break ground on the new facility in May 2021. Fullmer Construction has been selected as the general contractor for the project.
