Construction has commenced on Granite Park Six, a 420,000-square-foot office building developed by Granite Properties in Granite Park, a 90-acre mixed-use development in Plano. The class-A building will be delivered in June 2023.

Designed by BOKA Powell with interiors by HKS Architects, the 19-story office tower will be LEED and Fitwel certified, and be the tallest building in Granite Park. Austin Commercial will serve as general contractor.

Stonebriar Commercial Finance currently located at Granite Park Three has signed a lease for two floors (52,000 square feet) at Granite Park Six.
