Lee & Associates arranged a long-term office lease to Granite Construction at O’Hare Offices in Des Plaines, IL, the fourth lease at the property this year

Construction Firm Inks Des Plaines Office Lease

Lee & Associates negotiated a new 12,925-square-foot, long-term office lease to Granite Construction at O’Hare Offices, 1011 E. Touhy Ave. in Des Plaines, IL. This transaction marks the fourth lease of the year signed at the property, which saw earlier commitments from Big Mouth Media, Elara Caring and United Airlines totaling 25,525 square feet.

SVP Tony Russo and VP Ryan Freed of Lee & Associates Illinois serve as leasing agents for landlord Siete 7, LLC. Granite Construction is a diversified construction and construction materials company and full-suite provider in the transportation, water infrastructure and mineral exploration markets.

“Granite is a meaningful addition to O’Hare Offices,” said Russo. “Its new long-term lease is just one of many signs that Chicago’s suburban office activity has markedly picked up as companies start to realize how to use office space post pandemic. Once they understand their needs, decision-making and lease commitments follow.”
