Construction Financing Secured for N. County Retail Center

Ambient Communities secured $7.46 million in construction financing for San Elijo Hills Town Center Phase I, which is part of the San Elijo Hills master-planned community in San Marcos, CA, roughly 35 miles north of downtown San Diego. The project consists of four single-story buildings, comprising multi-tenant retail suites ranging from 1,080 to 6,400 square feet.

The first tenants at San Elijo Hills Town Center opening later this summer will be Cycle Bar, Lourdes Mexican Restaurant, Downtown Academy Tutoring, Everbowl and San Elijo Pediatric Dentistry.

The North County community is planned to include 3,500 homes, a 19-acre park, community building, 18 miles of hiking trails and more than 1,000 acres of open space.

HFF’s Timothy Wright and Chris Collin placed the 18-month construction loan with a commercial bank.

Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
