Construction Date Set for 216-Unit Senior Living

A groundbreaking date of summer 2017 has been set for the 216-unit The Springs at Lake Oswego, a senior living community to go north on 4.5 acres in Lake Oswego, OR. The development at Kruse Way and Boones Ferry Road will offer 105 independent living units, 87 assisted living units and 24 memory care units. Springs Living LLC of McMinnville, OR, is the developer, and Myhre Group Architects the architect of record.

The four-story development will include two levels of underground parking, as well as an indoor pool fitness center, spa and beauty salon/barber. A full on-site restaurant will also be available. The Springs will offer studios, one, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with a great deal of shared space, as well.
