Construction Complete on Irvine’s The Source H20
Construction is complete on The Source H20, a 69,968-square-foot office development in Irvine. The project sits on a 13.5-acre site at 15550 Sand Canyon Ave.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Kevin Turner and John Gallivan, together with Colliers International’s Mike Hartel and Nick Velasquez, are jointly handling leasing.
Turner says, “Designed prior to COVID-19, our goal with The Source H20 at that time was in simply providing a differentiated concept with the sole purpose of enabling high employee engagement inspired by wellness. And now as we find ourselves amidst this unfortunate pandemic, we believe this project offers game-changing design, placing it at the forefront in meeting the needs of companies wanting to make their workplaces safer and healthier.”
The two-building concept shares a common atrium and incorporates a unique hydraulic bi-fold glass wall system that seamlessly transitions to the outdoors and improves natural air flow. The project features a state-of the-art HVAC system with MERV 13 filtration and offers flexible floor plates, which can accommodate safe distancing design.
