Construction Complete on Industrial Facility at Gateway Commerce Park

Construction has been completed on Building 5 at EastGroup Properties’ Gateway Commerce Park in Miami Gardens. The property, which offers spaces ranging from 30,000 to 186,822 square feet, is now move-in ready.

Building 5 is located within Gateway Commerce Park, a five-building, 800,000-square-foot industrial park in the Miami-Dade industrial sector. The building will feature 32-foot ceiling heights, a private truck court and modern office space. Typical bay depth is 185 feet, with 32-foot clear height and 50- by 40-foot column spacing.

Brian Smith, Audley Bosch and Matt Maciag of JLL are spearheading leasing at Gateway Commerce Park on behalf of EastGroup Properties.
