Construction Complete on Belden Apartments
Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood officially offers locals another place to call home. Inland National Development Company, LLC recently completed its Motif on Belden project, a 100-unit, transit-oriented multifamily community complex steps from Milwaukee Avenue.
Located approximately 6.5 miles from downtown, at 2845 West Belden, the building’s construction financing was provided by Parkway Bank & Trust Company. The six-story smart building features 65 studio apartments and 35 one-bedroom apartments.
