Construction Complete on Mountain View’s 600 National
Bay Area-based National Avenue Partners, LLC completed construction on 600 National, a 4-story, 152,000-square-foot office building in Mountain View, CA. The site is near the future HQ property LinkedIn acquired from Google, and the only available large-block leasing opportunity in the supply-constrained city.
The LEED Gold-compliant asset features large, open, efficient floor plates to facilitate collaboration, as well as outdoor amenity spaces, four outdoor decks, electric vehicle charging stations, bike storage and on-site showers.
Newmark Cornish & Carey’s Phil Mahoney, Randy Gabrielson and Mike Saign are handling the leasing assignment.
Mahoney notes asking rents are 25% lower than Mountain View’s downtown market and “the Middlefield submarket is well established” with some of the most elite technology tenants, who’ve cemented themselves there.
