Construction Commences on the 344-Unit Victor

Developer Hines broke ground on The Victor, a 344-unit apartment tower in Dallas’ 75-acre Victory Park development. Once completed, the 39-story skyscraper, 453-foot tower will be one of the tallest Dallas buildings outside of the CBD.

The Victor is situated between Olive Street and Victory Avenue, across from the American Airlines Center arena, and next to the W Hotel. The development site is one of the last vacant tracts in the mixed-use project, north of downtown Dallas.

In addition to residences and penthouse units, the complex will include 10,000 square feet of retail, a parking garage and rooftop pool. The project is estimated to take more than two years to complete. Pre-leasing will begin in fall 2020.
