Construction Commences on Flats at ShadowGlen

RightQuest LLC launched another multifamily development, breaking ground on the 248-unit Flats at ShadowGlen in Manor, TX, east of Austin. The complex will be situated on approximately 12 acres at ShadowGlen Trace and Farm-to-Market Road 973. The first units will deliver in summer 2019.

Dallas-based RightQuest is developing the property on behalf of a local partnership. Cross Architects is the architect, and Kimley-Horn the design coordinator. Journeyman Construction LLC is the general contractor, while Mason Joseph Co. provided financing.

The multifamily property will provide studios, one, two and three-bedroom units, with monthly rents ranging from $991-$1,700. On-site amenities will include clubhouse with media center, business and fitness centers, resort-style swimming pool with a cabana and barbecue areas, private dog yards and large dog park, a pavilion with string lighting and detached garages.

RightQuest has been an active developer in the Rio Grande Valley, building Bella Vista Apartments in Brownsville, and Royal Vista Apartments in Edinburg.
