Majestic Realty broke ground on Kyle Crossing Business Park, a 40-acre, speculative industrial development in Kyle, TX. Upon completion, the project at Kyle Crossing and Kohler’s Crossing in Hays County will offer a combined 535,113 square feet.

The development is part of the 2,000-acre, master-planned Plumb Creek Development, approximately 10 miles south of Austin and 40 miles north of San Antonio. Both buildings are scheduled for completion in Q3 2019. Ace Schlameus and Zane Cole with JLL will handle marketing and leasing of the project.

“The half million square feet will give our region a competitive advantage in attracting new companies that provide high paying jobs for our residents,” said Adriana Cruz with the Greater San Marcos Partnership. “Relocating companies are faced with tight timetables that require existing facilities which can be quickly customized to meet their needs.”
