Construction Commences on 2404 Navigation Apartment Complex

Origin Investments and Marquette Cos. are partnering to build 2404 Navigation, a mid-rise apartment complex in Houston’s East Downtown (EaDo) submarket. The development is the first multifamily project to break ground in EaDo’s Opportunity Zone, and one of the first developments to go north in the overall downtown O-Zone.

The eight-floor project is situated on 1.9 acres, and will offer 300 units, averaging 836 square feet. One-, two- and three-bedroom units will be offered, along with smart technology. The latter will include side-by-side washers and dryers and slate-colored appliances.

Community amenities will include a fitness room, yoga studio and terrace, swimming pool, lounge area, exterior deck, rooftop terrace and game room.

The first units are scheduled for delivery in April 2021.
