Construction to Commence on $116M Arts MXU

DC Partners announced their plans to break ground on The Arts Residences and Thompson San Antonio hotel on Tues., Jan. 30, 2018. Upon buildout on the site at 123 Lexington Ave. in San Antonio, the duo-purpose, $116 million development will offer 66 condominiums, five penthouses, and 167 hotel rooms across 20 levels. The groundbreaking was originally announced for spring 2017.

The project is at North St. Mary’s Street and Lexington Avenue, near the River Walk, and across the river from the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts. The development is scheduled for completion in 2019. To date, 40% of the condominiums have been sold, setting a record for being the fastest-selling, high-rise luxury condominium project in Texas. The units sell for between the high $400,000s to more than $4.5 million.
