Ground Breaks on Retreat at Wolf Ranch

McCann Realty Partners LLC broke ground on the 303-unit Retreat at Wolf Ranch apartments in Georgetown, TX. The 19-acre property is just west of Austin, in the Wolf Ranch Master Planned Community.

The Class A apartment project will include two-story townhouse and three-story walk-up buildings with views of the San Gabriel River and the Texas Hill Country. Amenities will include a fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, and a stand-alone clubhouse with a media center, cyber café and gourmet kitchen.

The project is scheduled to begin leasing in the third quarter of next year, and will be managed by Pegasus Residential, LLC. McCann will act as general contractor on the project.
